Rocket Padel is a Scandinavian-born brand creating a foundation for the growth of padel in the UK with Britain’s first major padel venues. As one of Europe's leading padel operators, Rocket Padel offers cutting-edge indoor padel clubs through a fusion of padel and lifestyle. We currently have clubs in Battersea, Bristol, Ilford and Beckton with exciting new location opening in Croydon later this year.

Your Mission at Rocket Padel

As Club Manager you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of clear plans that drive both financial and operational performance within the club. Establishing clear ways of working, you will execute centrally driven activity ”right first time and on time”. You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club ensuring both members, guests and staff are having a great experience of the sport and our Rocket Padel Team, all whilst ensuring a safe & legal environment in our club at all times.

A varied role, with responsibility for everything from financials to people development, you will focus on the following:

• Establishing a high performing team by coaching and developing talents to achieve best in class customer experience.
• Driving the performance of your club by investing time in getting into the detail behind your club’s results.
• Always striving for continuous improvement across your club with clear plans in place to deliver a strong financial and operational performance.
• Working closely with the club’s Head Coach to ensure an effective club management team.
• Focusing on high service and standards and ensuring a safe & legal environment, at all times.
• Always striving for an excellent customer experience at the club.

What You Need to Embark

We are looking for an independent and social problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives, build trust and communicate effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders. In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications:

• You are a talented and engaged Gym/Facility/Club Manager.
• A strategic and commercial growth mindset.
• You will have a flair for developing high performing teams and will be able to balance strong people skills whilst positively impacting the commercial results.
• Tenacity, high integrity and accountability with a desire to do the right thing to a high standard are a must.
• A proven track record in delivering financial and operational performance in a single site club.
• A true passion for padel, the industry health, fitness and wellbeing and other racket sports.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Experience in racket sports is preferred but not essential.
